KK Wind Solutions to acquire Nissens Cooling Solutions — EnergyWatch

Nissens Cooling Solutions becomes part of KK Wind Solutions. The joint solution is the direct consequence of the latter buying the cooling system supplier from its owner, A.P. Møller Holding. The entire Nissens factory setup and more than 800 employees in Denmark, China, the Czech Republic and Slovakia is included in the acquisition.
