Energy island connection to Norwegian offshore wind farm under consideration — EnergyWatch

Statnett has been busy following the announcement of bidders for Norway’s first offshore wind project, Sørlige Nordsjø II, on Wednesday. On Thursday, the Norwegian system operator announced that it is initiating collaborations with no less than five other transmission companies around the North Sea, where the future offshore wind farm will be built.
