Roger Chandler, the Vice President and General Manager of Enthusiast PC and Workstations at Intel’s Client Computing Group, has highlighted the organization’s commitment to delivering superior performance and platform features to both enthusiast and mainstream PC users. The HX-series processors, especially the Intel Core i9-14900HX, integrate top-tier connectivity with remarkable single- and multi-thread performance, positioning them as the ideal choice for gamers, content creators, and mobile professionals.

The newly launched HX-series mobile processors boast turbo frequencies of up to 5.8 GHz, resulting in gaming performance improvements of up to 17% and multitasking performance enhancements of up to 51% over the previous generation. The Intel Core i7-14700HX processors have experienced a 50% increase in Efficient-cores, culminating in a total of 20 cores, which includes a blend of eight Performance-cores and 12 Efficient-cores.

This launch coincides with the introduction of new Intel Core Ultra-powered systems from Intel’s partners, displaying a variety of potent enthusiast and mainstream mobile and desktop systems, as well as innovative AI PCs.
